Company Name Change

How do I change my Company name?

• Your company must pass a special resolution at a general meeting; or
• All the members must sign a written resolution that the name of the company be changed to the new name.
• A signed copy of the resolution(s) should then be sent to Companies House, together with the fee.
• A copy of the amended memorandum and articles must also be sent in at the same time as the change of name resolution(s).
• Check the availability of the new name at Companies House
• If you want us to perform this on your behalf, after your order has been received we will e-mail you the relevant documents for you to sign & return to us by post. 

Our service for this costs £40+VAT incl Co House fee plus the new Memorandum & Articles of Association which will reflect the changes at £6+VAT each.
