Platinum Completion Service - £10.00+vat

By selecting this option as part of the incorporation process we will produce the completed register and certificates for your client. The service includes:-

• Completion of the statutory registers
• Completion of the share certificates for the subscribers, and
• Minutes of the first meeting of the directors

Nominee Secretary - £115+vat per annum

The Companies Act 2006 has allowed for no company secretary for Private Companies Limited By Shares, however this can be a dangerous situation for a one man company in case of death. There is no one available to register the transfer of shares or issues any remaining dividends. we will provide a nominee service will not only takes this into account but also monitors the Company at Companies House for all documents filed but also undertakes the filing of the annual return
