As a Professional with a BTC account, your online company formation packages are subject to a £5 discount as compared to non-account holders. To complete your order you will need to enter details of your required company name, its director(s), secretary and original shareholder(s) (subscribers) into our online formation system. Most companies are formed within 3-4 hours, however for those requiring a guaranteed same day service; there is a supplementary £25 charge/filing fee at Companies House. (Choose this option if you wish; applications must be submitted before 3pm)
