What You Get

We give you a complete company formation service and provide all the documents (personalised with your company name) your company will need to comply with legal requirements.  As soon as your company is formed you will receive the following:

Memorandum and Articles of Association - Memorandum and Articles of Association are standard documents which set out the constitution of the company.   (Apart from our Basic package, you will get 5 printed copies)

Certificate of Incorporation - Nowadays approximately 80% of all company formations in this country are done electronically and this is constantly increasing.  Companies House does not as standard practice provides paper copies of incorporation certificates for entities which are electronically formed. Instead

Certificates of Incorporation are now made available in the form of an Adobe document which is deemed to be the original company certificate.  However, as most companies still prefer the paper format, your company certificate is printed on 160g ivory card according to the Companies House guidelines.

Combined Company Register – this is to register allotments, transfers, mortgages/charges, directors, secretaries, etc.  Includes 4 blank share certificates.  (Not included in our Basic package)

Companies House Forms

Tailor made companies:  Form G88(2) – to be filed with Companies House if any further shares are issued; Form 225 – to change accounting reference date if required. 
Ready made companies:  as above plus Form 288(b) – to appoint new directors;  form 227 – to change Registered Office.

Certificate of non-trading - This certifies that the company has not previously traded which gives you the assurance that no unknown liabilities exist.  (Nominee/Ready Made companies only)

Pre-paid stock transfer form – fully paid up stock transfer form, stamped by the Stamp Office.  (Nominee/Ready Made companies only)

Company Authentication Code – for future web filings to allow you to make any changes to your company’s records online
