We will be closing the office on Thursday 19 December 2013 since this is the last day we can despatch documents for pre-Christmas delivery. However, our online systems are open 24 hours every day. We will be having a long weekend break, much deserved, so there will be no telephone support Friday 20th and Monday 23rd December. DTE House physically shuts over the festive period, but we do have limited access on the morning of Tuesday the 24th so we can process post and faxes received, after this we cannot gain access for these services until Thursday 2nd January when the office will be fully opened.
During the holiday period there will be email support each day barring the statutory holidays, and limited telephone support on the 24th, 27th, 30th and 31st December during the morning period so if there is an urgent problem we can contact you to help resolve.

We Are Moving
Due to the redevelopment of the land at DTE house we have to move, the good news is that our new offices are set within a great working environment and never shuts, so we have, if necessary, access 365 days per year (I Hope Not!). Date of moving has been set for 27 January 2014. Our new details are as follows.

Bank Panel
It has always been the aim of the programme providers to increase the number of suppliers other than Barclays that you can offer to your clients. They have now got the first new additions, Card One Banking in addition to Barclays and two payment processers, Streamline and Net Pay on board. We will be rolling these services out to you in the New Year. Once again we will keep you updated.
